A huge ‘Well done!’ to Zanel, Siya and Lufuno at SUZUKI Bramley for their friendly and efficient client service. I ‘phoned just before 07h30 on Monday and spoke to Jerome about the latch on my Suzuki Swift boot that wasn’t unlocking. He encouraged me to bring my car through so that the fault could be diagnosed, a quotation prepared and an action plan initiated. His positive and enthusiastic response instilled confidence in approaching your dealership to solve the problem. I immediately felt welcome when I arrived at your premises. (9 years ago I had a particularly bad experience there and had never been back.) My car was disinfected while I completed the safety ‘check-in’ on entry to your showroom. Siya had been briefed by Jerome, Zanel completed the necessary paperwork, Lufuno assessed the latch mechanism, the procedure for ordering the replacement was explained and the job was scheduled for today (Wednesday). I was most impressed by the way every employee of SUZUKI Bramley greeted me on both days as they walked past. My sincere appreciation to the gate guard, safety ‘check-in’ staff, Siya, Zanel and Lufuno for their warm reception and superb service. It was a privilege to support your dealership and to experience the professionalism that has earned you the awards proudly displayed in your trophy cabinet. In a service industry so often characterised by complacency and mediocrity, SUZUKI Bramley re-ignited the excitement I felt for the brand when I bought my Swift eleven years ago.

I would just like to commend Murray on the excellent service I received from him when I traded in my old Swift GL for my new Swift GLX. From the time I first called till the time I fetched my car on Saturday, he made me feel like THE most important client. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know and also answer any questions I had, no matter how silly they were. He shared really important information with me, which I had no knowledge of when I bought my first Swift in 2018. The service I received from another Suzuki dealership in 2018 compared to the service I received from Murray is chalk and cheese. I will be back in a couple of years for the Swift Sport 😉

I would like to express the wonderful impression and enormous gratitude that I have to Suzuki Bramley in general and to Zanel (a new young lady that only started that day, on Monday 20 January 2020) specifically. I came in to have my annual service on my Suzuki Baleno on Monday 20 Jan 2020 and was greeted warmly by Zanel and you, Cindy. As Zanel helped me with the paper work, I asked her to please ask the mechanics to check an odd sound coming from my car and a squeaky fan. She made some notes and said that she'll definitely pass on the message. When I fetched my car later that afternoon, I found, once again, Zanel's and your friendly smiles greeting me. Not only was my car serviced professionally, punctually, cleaned beautifully but all the concerns that I had were fixed and resolved. Thank you again for the outstanding service at Suzuki Bramley and please send my best compliments to Zanel to your manager/ person in charge.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and your whole team at Suzuki Bramley for the awesome experience I had recently in buying my new Suzuki Jimny. I have had some really unfortunate experiences and dealings with various Dealerships and Brands in the past that has changed my outlook in life considerably but Suzuki Bramley has showed me what “Customer Service” is really all about. Right from the start when I walked into Suzuki Bramley to look at the new 2018 Model Suzuki Jimny, I had a good feeling about you’re Dealership. You arranged for me to test drive both the Manual and the Automatic version and that assisted me greatly in making my decision easier to buy my first ever Automatic vehicle. I paid my deposit on my new Jimny in May 2019 and then the long wait started but I was always kept in the loop regarding the delivery date of my Jimny, even being offered a different colour option at some point. I had a lot of “unconventional” request on my new Jimny that I’m sure was a first for you guys but you assisted me with every single one of them and I would like to thank you and your whole team for making this purchase experience the best ever. The guys in your Workshop, Parts counter, Migael in the Financing department and even the old man Mario made me feel like I’m now part of the Suzuki Family. There will only be one Brand and one Dealership I will do business with in future and that will be Suzuki Bramley. You Guys and Girls are simply the best.

Dear Suzuki Bramley,
From all my experiences of having motor vehicles and having them serviced by dealership. This was one of my best experiences.
I was treated with respect and was explained in detail as to what had been done to the car. For a moment I felt I was consulted by a doctor who was explaining me everything in detail with lots of care and concern. All I can say is WOW and excellent service. A year ago I had decided to buy a car from your dealership and I now feel it has been a good choice.

I bought my Suzuki Alto in 2013 and bring it in for its annual services. Every year I have had very pleasant “stays” whilst waiting for my car. This year, Suzuki Bramley surpassed themselves with the quality of service provided by Rakhee in the service department. Apart from being supremely competent, she is warm and friendly and made sure that I was in touch with all aspects of the service.The young man working alongside her was very quiet and just got on with the job. I am very satisfied with the work done yesterday.

I am from Bloemfontein and went to JHB on Friday, where they sent someone to collect me at the airport. It was such a pleasure meeting everyone and I was treated like a queen.

I would like to take the time and write this letter to try to explain my happiness and shock in the service I received – in a very positive way shocked – shocked that people still want to do great business in a great awesome way,
Wow, I think Gavin is superhuman. I have dealt with a previous sales person from a different Suzuki and they are day and night apart. I almost changed my mind in buying Suzuki but luckily I met Gavin & Suzuki Bramley and from day one, I had a smile – Gavin is 100% professional, friendly, 100% knowledge of the brand and always on time with phone calls or e-mails feedback.
Gavin you are an amazing sales person that can teach salespeople how it's done, I know I am going to have a great Suzuki life.

I had serviced my car this morning (Suzuki Alto CH44BT GP) and waited for my car.
I would like to compliment Lionel and Annmarie on their cheerfulness and efficiency - they made my "stay" very pleasant, with supplies of coffee and biscuit, and lots of personality. It was good to spend time watching youngsters at work and the interaction amongst the staff!
I bought my car from Suzuki Bramley 5 years ago and have always had a good experience. One can feel that it is a happy dealership "from the top down".

Good afternoon Clive
Normally management always hear the complaints of customers. I would like to really brighten up your day. About a month ago I booked our Ertiga in for the 75.000 kilometre service for Saturday 02/06/2018.Our circumstances changed and we had to be O.R.Tambo at 10h00. I spoke to Deon and told him about our predicament , to him it was only a minor problem .He then arranged everything, the person to skim the front discs , the technicians to work on the car, everybody was at Bramley before 07h00 on Saturday.My wife and I were at O.R.Tambo before 10h00.I have never in my life seen such friendly, excellent service from anybody.To Deon and all the staff, tea lady, receptionist, technicians, salesmen everybody you are absolutely fantastic. The staff that my wife and I have dealt with on Saturday, and also previouslyare amazing. You not only walk the extra mile you do a thousand miles.
